Vancouver, British Columbia and Toronto, Ontario - August 13, 2003 - Battery & Wireless Solutions Inc. (TSXV: BWS) (the "Company") announces its subsidiary, Peoplecauses.com Inc. ("Peoplecauses.com") has entered into a five-year management contract with Factor X Solutions Inc. of Whitby, Ontario.
The agreement is a five-year, renewable contract, and includes the enhancement and implementation of the Peoplecauses.com strategy in both Canada and the U.S. "We are delighted to have been chosen by BWS as the management company for the execution of the Peoplecauses.com strategy," said Larry Kelly, President of Factor X Solutions Inc. "We have always been excited about the fundraising vehicle that Peoplecauses.com delivers to non-profit organizations and now we will be instrumental in driving its implementation to a much broader market."

The Company also announces that concurrent with this agreement, Peoplecauses.com has been selected as the official fund raising organization for Gymnastics Canada Gymnastique. "We are proud to announce the appointment of Peoplecauses.com as the official fundraising organization for Gymnastics Canada Gymnastique", said Jean-Paul Caron, President and CEO from his office in Ottawa, Canada.
